Speaker Bio:

Amanda Lee is the Coordinator of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at the Recording Academy. She previously assisted the Membership and Industry Relations department at the Academy and the development team at the GRAMMY Museum. She hopes to be a valuable asset and resource to all communities in the music industry and help promote the underrepresented groups.  

Lee earned a bachelor of arts degree from UCLA in 2020 studying Music Performance (Piano) and Music Industry. She was appointed to be a part of the Gluck Fellows Outreach Program from 2017-2019 and is winner of the Annual All-Star Concerto Competition at UCLA in 2020. Lee has also been a part of other scholarship programs including Music Partnership Outreach Program, where she collaborated on a year long project with the Boys and Girls Club of Hollywood. Prior to college, Lee has studied in the pre-college division in Manhattan School of Music and San Francisco Conservatory of Music.
